Beliefs

At MCCC we believe in the following distinctive faith core values:

  1. The Lordship of Jesus Christ
  2. The power of God's Word without error in matters of faith and practice and infallible in its holy content
  3. The weekly celebration of the Lord's Supper signifying the Lord's death and it's meaning to us. We also believe in immersion as the Biblical form of baptism. We encourage new believers to be baptized as this act symbolizes their identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
  4. The necessity for and importance of the active participation in the local church to grow in our relationship with Christ
  5. The ministry of the Holy Spirit through signs, wonders, and miracles to confirm the preaching and teaching of God's Word

Purpose

Our church's purpose is to serve not only our community, but our region as well bringing the grace and glory of God to surrounding areas with a view of saturating the area with a true spiritual knowledge of the living God.

Psalm 42:4

"These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I used to go with the multitude, leading the procession to the house of God, with shouts of joy and thanksgiving among the festive throng."
