K-ID is our Sunday morning service for kids. We have our own space at MCC with several rooms to section off our kids into age-appropriate lessons that work best for them. Check out these groups below to find what works best for you and your child!

nursery ages 0-18 months Where infants and toddlers are looked after in an environment that is physically and spiritually nurturing. toddlers ages 12-36 months We also have a room for toddlers where they are helped to explore God's love with play, book reading, and songs. pre-k & kindergarten ages 4-6 years Our Pre-K and Kindergarten room offer fun for kids in an engaging way through bible lessons, crafts, free play, and games. |
1st - 3rd grades 1-3 Kids here have a room with high energy games, music, worship, crafts, and snacks. Kids are lead to know Jesus and learn more about the Bible and our Creator. 4th - 5th grades 4-5 Kids here have their own space to hang out and build relationships with each other and leaders while learning about the Bible. All done with active games, free play, video series, and discussions. family services anyone in need In the North hallway, we also have a family cry room that is great for nursing moms or crying babies. This room also has a live stream of the service to watch in a comfortable space. |

Matthew 26:36-56 (supporting: Luke 22:39-46)
Talking Points:
"Who did you choose to put first this week? (Pause) (Make it personal by telling kids someone you'll pout first this week too) Like Philippians 2:3 says, don't do anything only to get ahead. Don't do it because you are proud. Instead, be humble. Value OTHERS more than yourself. Let's pray."
Prayer:
"Dear God, You are amazing and wonderful and good. Thank You that with Your help, we can put others first. This week, help us to put others first at home, at school, and with out friends. We love You, Jesus. Amen."

- Index cards
- Crayons or markers
- As you give each child a card, lead kids to think of someone they can put first this week.
- Set out the markers, and guide kids to draw the person they chose.
- Instruct kids to set their cards in front of them and then use the conversation below as a guide to lead kids into prayer.
- "We live in a world that's all about putting ourselves first. WE want to win the game. WE want to choose the movies. WE want to play the game OUR way. WE want to be first. But God wants us to think and act differently. He wants us to put others first."
